Introduction Aggressive behavior can be understood as a compelx and social phenomenon. A number of studies have shown that the risk aggressive is increased for patients with severe mental disorders such schizophrenia. Although specialized forensic institutions exist in many countries, most offenders are still found prison settings what corresponds to international literature suggesting an prevalence inmates. Still, data on specific characteristics demonstrating medical health limited, especially environments. Objectives The aim our study was identify patient potentially associated incidents psychiatric setting. Methods In routine documentation German prisons, incidents, e.g. reported through official reporting system. Analyzing these reports, we collected all concerning at Department Psychiatry Berlin hospital between 1997 2019. addition, each acting aggressively, equal who did not demonstrate this during their stay.
